This is one of the first social programs to apply technology to charity work. It is a pilot program of digital transformation "Smart delivery and receipt solutions in the charity sector" to build communities and social activities.
The digital transformation partnership between the Red Cross and SantaPocket not only helps charity work become more transparent, but also makes donations more convenient for both givers and recipients. This will be a pilot program, paving the way for larger-scale programs in the future.

To spread love to those in need, benefactors can make donations according to the following information:
➤ Contribution items: Diapers, diapers for babies 10kg or diapers for the elderly 45-65kg or books and stories: literature books, life skills books, children's stories.
➤ How to contribute:
- Go to the nearest SantaPocket location to deposit items into the locker.

- Send directly to SantaPocket at District 1 Red Cross (50 Thach Thi Thanh, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
➤ Instructions for using the Charity feature:
- Step 1: Open the SantaPocket app, select the “Charity” feature on the home page
- Step 2: On the Charity screen, select the “Donate Now” button
- Step 3: Scan the QR code of the SantaPocket cabinet you want to send the item to
- Step 4: Select the charity information you want to donate to by clicking the contact icon on the recipient's phone number line.
- Step 5: Fill in order information, choose the appropriate drawer size and click Submit
- Step 6: Pop open the drawer, put the items in and close the drawer.
➤The gifts will be collected by the District 1 Red Cross and delivered to the beneficiaries, who are the elderly and children in difficult circumstances being treated at hospitals in District 1 and school libraries of primary, secondary and high schools.
