I did not receive the OTP code when registering an account?
Currently, SantaPocket supports sending OTP codes via SMS for carriers such as: Mobi, Vina, Viettel, Vietnamobile, Gtel, I-telecom, Reddi. In case you are using a mobile carrier on the above list but still do not receive the OTP code, or are not using a mobile carrier on the above list, please use another code sending method (ZNS or Voice). I am not receiving SMS notifications about new packages
- If you use more than 01 phone number, please check the phone number used to receive the goods.
- Please make sure the Sender has created a shipping order at SantaPocket and entered the correct recipient phone number.

- Make sure your phone is in a state that allows receiving notifications from SMS/ Zalo/ SantaPocket applications.

Step 1: Open Camera/Zalo & Scan QR code on SantaPocket cabinet ➜ Select “Use Web version”
Step 2: Enter your own phone number ➜ Get OTP code and complete confirmation of Sender information
Step 3: Fill in the Recipient's Phone Number ➜ Enter a note (If any) ➜ Select Order Classification ➜ Select the appropriate drawer size ➜ Click Send
Step 4: The drawer opens automatically ➜ Send the goods in and close the cabinet NOTE: For RECEIVING GOODS, please download the SantaPocket app to receive the goods.

You can reopen the drawer within 30 minutes of first opening it. To reopen the drawer:

➜ Go to Orders
➜ Select the order to reopen
➜ Press the drawer open button NOTE: The drawer can only be reopened when no other guest has used it.

Is it okay if I forget to close the cabinet when receiving the goods?
Failure to close the cabinet after receiving the goods may affect other customers. For example, first-time customers often put items into open drawers instead of creating them in the system. This leads to the following consequences:
1) The recipient will not receive notification of the order just sent nor will they be able to retrieve the order inside.
2) The SantaPocket system still records this as an empty compartment, the next tenant may accidentally open this compartment with an existing order inside and take it away. Therefore, we kindly ask you to close the drawer after receiving the goods or contact SantaPocket Hotline 0974 549 066 for support. Thank you Santa!

From November 11, 2023, all balances will be converted from VND to a single unit of Xu at a conversion rate of 1:10. (For example: 100 Xu = 1,000 VND) About the new Xu unit:
1. The conversion rate is 1:10 (1 Xu = 10 VND); simplify 1 zero for users to easily follow (Example: 10,000 VND = 1,000 Xu)
2. Coins can be accumulated and used for other utility services in the Santa ecosystem

First 24 Hours: 500 VND (50 Coins)/30 minutes
Next 24 Hours: 750đ (75 Xu)/ 30 minutes
Next 24 Hours: 1000 VND (100 Xu)/30 minutes Fee is calculated from the time the order is successfully sent to the cabinet.

In case the customer does not come to receive the goods (abandon the goods or leave them for more than 48 hours)
Please follow SantaPocket's pick-up reminder notification system below!
– On the app: reminder notification after 3 hours and continuously for 24 hours.
– After 24 hours from the time of sending the goods, the customer service center will call to remind you to pick up the goods.
– After 3 days, if you do not come to receive the goods, the package will be returned to the company and you will be notified via SMS/App.
Please bring your ID card/CCCD to Suga Company and prove that the package belongs to the right person to receive the goods. After 1 month, the package will be destroyed if you do not come to receive it.
What are coins used for?
Coins will be used to pay for pickup and shop with other SantaPocket features in the future.

Does the cabinet work when there is a power outage?
In case of power failure, the refrigerator will continue to operate for 2-3 hours thanks to the internal backup battery. Thanks Santa!
What if the deadline has passed and I still haven't received my order?
– After 72 hours, the customer receives a call and/or text message informing them that the order is about to be withdrawn. The customer has 24 hours to respond to Santa’s message or pick up the goods directly. After 24 hours, if there is no response from the customer, Santa will have the staff record the order information and collect it back to Santa’s office.
– Within the next 30 days, SantaPocket's customer service department will contact the customer at least once (Call directly and/or text via phone number/Zalo).
**In case the recipient cannot be contacted: Leave an SMS message informing that the package will be canceled within 24 hours if there is no response from the package owner by the 30th day. In case the customer can be contacted, but the customer does not want to receive the package and agrees to cancel: ask the customer to confirm "Agree to cancel the package" via SMS/call to Santa.
**In case of wanting to receive the order back, the customer is required to pay the rental fee within 72 hours according to SantaPocket's fee schedule & pay the fee to return the package to the customer's desired address. (If the customer has more than 1 package, the rental fee and shipping fee will be charged only once to support the customer). The order will be returned FREE of charge if combined with Santa's next nearest collection/maintenance schedule.
**Note: For food items, SantaPocket only holds them for a maximum of 24 hours. Santa will notify customers via the app to continuously pick up the items. After 24 hours, if the recipient cannot be contacted or the food order has not been received, SantaPocket will take the order out of the cabinet to ensure hygiene for other users. This term only applies to fresh/ready-to-eat items that need to be used on the same day. For dry foods, SantaPocket staff will return the items according to the information on the package to the customer. Thank you Santa!
What are the regulations on goods stored in lockers?
– SantaPocket is only responsible for valuable packages. under 2 million dong and verified that the lost package error originated from SantaPocket.

Is SantaPocket weatherproof when placed outside?
In case the SantaPocket cabinet is placed outdoors, it will need to be covered to avoid being affected by the weather. Santa often prioritizes locations that are not affected by the weather (Lobby/ Basement/ ...) to ensure that the electronic circuits and packages inside the customer's cabinet are not affected.
