Site survey:
Survey the location (ensure it's convenient for shippers to stop and deliver, and that the signal strength is sufficient to operate the locker, as it connects to a phone via 3G-4G).
Location & Contract Review:
Send cabinet layout for partner approval & attach contract (draft)
Signing the contract:
The two sides agreed to cooperate and proceed to sign.
Deployment:
Install and instruct the management board/security on how to use the cabinet. Arrange a team of consultants to stand at the cabinet to advise residents and shippers, and give gifts.
