What is Santa Xu?
Santa Coins are a form of reward points used on the SantaPocket platform. Coins are used as a currency for customers to pay for transactions on the application.
Each “coin” value will correspond to a “coin” value (1 coin = 1 coin). This bonus value will be used to pay for orders with fees or exchange coins to receive attractive gifts and vouchers from SantaPocket.
• With each order SEND, the sender will receive 20 cents equivalent to 20 coins
• With each order RECEIVE, the recipient will receive 1% total payment value. (For example: Order A is successfully received with a cost of 10,000 VND, so the number of coins you receive is 10 coins corresponding to 10 VND)
How to use Santa Coins
Method 1: Santa Coins are automatically deducted after each use when receive.
However, the Coins will be deducted when the amount to be paid upon receipt is less than the amount of Coins available. In case the amount to be paid upon receipt is greater than the amount of Santa Coins available, the system will automatically deduct money from the SantaPocket wallet and not use Santa Coins.
Method 2: Santa Coins can be used to exchange vouchers or attractive gifts in the future.
