. Are you scanning the correct cabinet number QR code? Please double check The cabinet number is in the form “#SP00..” in the SMS message sent or on the app in the “Order History” section
Are you using the correct phone to receive the message to pick up the goods? Go to "Order History" on the app and check the recipient's phone number again! This also applies to phones with 2 SIM cards.
. Has your phone turned on 3G/4G? In case the network, wifi, or connection is weak, the phone cannot connect to the cabinet. Please be patient and try again a few times!
