Scan the QR code to receive the goods but the cabinet does not open?
. Are you scanning the QR code for the correct cabinet number? Please check that the Cabinet Number is in the form "#SP00.." in the SMS sent to or on the app in the "Order history" section.
. Are you using the correct phone to receive the message to pick up the goods? Go to "Order History" on the app and check the recipient's information! This also applies to phones with 2 SIMs
. Has your phone turned on 3G/4G? In case the network, wifi, or connection is weak, the phone cannot connect to the cabinet. Please be patient and try again a few times!
