Collaboration process
SantaPocket was born not only to provide a delivery solution that limits direct contact, ensuring the safety of users' goods, but also to help senders/receivers save time. This is considered a smart, modern delivery solution, helping to solve the difficulties of the traditional delivery model.
2022 is a year full of challenges and opportunities for SantaPocket when it successfully cooperates with Riviera Point Apartment District 7 and Diamond Island District 2, to bring Smart delivery solution closer to residents and shippers in the area.
With 1,275 luxury apartments, SantaPocket has arranged and installed 7 delivery cabinets to fully meet the needs of sending/receiving, online shopping, storing personal items, etc.
Within just 3 days of launching (May 28 - May 30), SantaPocket received enthusiastic reception and support from both residents and shippers. During the event, SantaPocket guided more than 500 customers to download the App, experience the locker, send Leaflets with information and give small gifts as a thank you.
In order to reach out and support more residents/shippers to know how to use the lockers, the SantaPocket launch event has been extended for 3 more days from June 10 to June 12, 2022 at 6 towers of Diamond Island.
Besides , SantaPocket also organize fun activities to celebrate the day International Children's Day 01.06 at the Island to bring lots of joy and laughter to the children. The event ended smoothly with enthusiastic support from the "Little Customers" and their families.
The Difficulties That SantaPocket Encountered
On the journey to bring SantaPocket delivery lockers to more users in the city in general and at Diamond Island in particular, SantaPocket realized:
- Residents and Shippers are confused in accessing new technology.
- Shipper/ Delivery unit/ ... unlimited access to the apartment building, difficult to distinguish to classify customer files.
- Shipper has few orders, delivers sporadically, tends to leave packages at the reception or place them on the table in the lobby area for convenience.
- The technical system encountered transmission errors during the first days of testing due to weather and power supply.
The solution that SantaPocket offers to overcome the challenge
- Organize the second activation to increase consultation and support for residents/shippers on how to use the cabinets, optimizing customer access as much as possible.
- Hotline and Customer Service Department increase 24/7 support in case of problems, avoiding affecting customer experience.
