? In order to support residents in re-authorizing their spouses when they are away on business and cannot open the cabinet, Santa has added an extremely convenient new feature for users? With just 4 simple steps to Authorize a relative to pick up the goods for you as follows:
The much anticipated Recipient Authorization feature- Step 1: Open the app & click on the order you want your loved one to pick up for you
- Step 2: Click on the “Authorize” box
- Step 3: Enter the authorized person's SDT
- Step 4: Select "Confirm"
Note:
- The person authorized to receive help must also have the SantaPocket application and have previously registered successfully.
- Cabinet rental costs are still charged to the Authorizing person.
