? In order to support residents to authorize their spouses when they are away on business and cannot open the cabinet, Santa has added a new feature that is extremely convenient for users ? With just 4 simple steps, you can authorize a relative to pick up the goods as follows:

• Step 1: Open the app & click on the order you want your relative to receive
• Step 2: Click on the “Authorize” box
• Step 3: Enter the authorized person's phone number
• Step 4: Select “Confirm”

Note:

– The authorized person must also have the SantaPocket app and have successfully registered in advance.

– The locker rental fee is still charged to the Authorized person.
