“Shipper Upgrade” Contest – SantaPocket 2025

1. Program introduction

Shipper Upgrade is a program to encourage shippers to increase the number of orders with a total prize of up to 10 million VND. All shippers can participate in the program and have the opportunity to receive attractive gifts.

SantaPocket officially launches the program “Shipper Upgrade” from October 1 to October 31, 2025, and will continue to be held in November and December.

This is a playground to honor shippers with the best delivery achievements, and at the same time motivate the shipper community to work together to improve work efficiency and increase orders through the SantaPocket smart cabinet system.

The program will find out Top 8 best shippers, divided into two categories, with participation conditions:

Premium Prize: Shipper has a SantaPocket account & Has 100 or more orders delivered through SantaPocket within 30 days prior to registration date.
Basic Solution: For new shippers or under 100 orders delivered via SantaPocket within 30 days.

2. How to participate

Conditions for Premium Prizes

Have a SantaPocket account and achieve a minimum of 100 orders within 30 days prior to registration date.
Within 30 days of participation, the number of applications must increase by at least 30% compared to the previous month.
For example: last month 100 orders → this month needs to reach at least 130 orders.

Conditions for Basic Prize

Have a SantaPocket account.
Within 30 days of joining, complete at least 50 orders (including sending and receiving).

Note: Only orders Send/receive successfully via SantaPocket is considered valid.

3. Prize details

Total prize value up to 10,000,000 VND, with many attractive and practical gifts.

Premium Award (Top 5 shippers won the award)

Rank 1: Gift worth 1,500,000 VND includes: Bear electric hot pot, Power bank, Mini fan, Voucher worth 500K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Rank 2: Gift worth 1,200,000 VND includes: Sunhouse electric kettle, Thermos bottle, Crossbody bag, Voucher worth 400K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Rank 3: Gift worth 1,000,000 VND including: Power bank, Thermos bottle, Voucher worth 300K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Rank 4: Gift worth 800,000 VND including: Crossbody bag, Raincoat, Voucher worth 200K (for SantaPocket services)
Rank 5: Gift worth 600,000 VND including: Thermos bottle, Gloves, Voucher worth 150K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)

Basic Prize (Top 3 shippers won prizes)

Rank 1: Gift worth 1,000,000 VND including: Lock&Lock rice cooker, 150K voucher (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Rank 2: Gift worth 700,000 VND including: Thermos, Gloves, Voucher worth 100K (for SantaPocket cabinet services)
Rank 3: Gift worth 500,000 VND including: Raincoat, Gloves, Voucher worth 80K (for SantaPocket services)

Note: Gifts may change each month with equal or higher value.

4. The program takes place simultaneously: Shipper Refers New Friends - Receive Rewards Immediately

In addition to the main contest, shippers can participate "Shipper introduce new friends" program to get more hot bonus:

Award: 200,000 VND (limited number of participants).
Condition:

Successfully referred 5 new friends via referral code on SantaPocket app.
The 5 new friends must generate at least 5 valid orders sent/received during the program period.
Each shipper can only receive the bonus once.
