1. The reason for the birth of SantaSurprise
Any company that is selling products/services wants to maintain old customers, reach new potential customers to boost sales with the most economical budget possible. Understanding that, Santa brings the SantaSurprise program to support Partners to bring samples and discount vouchers to potential customers.
2. Program content
SantaPocket will collect the Partners' Samples + Vouchers and pack them in a Carton box as shown below. Each SantaSurprise box will include 5 - 7 samples depending on the size of the Partners' samples.
Through SantaSurprise, partners can reach >10,000 residents living in luxury apartments in Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Rights and obligations of Partners
3.1. About cooperation rights
✓ No marketing costs to reach potential customers
✓ Images of Partner products will be promoted through the SantaPocket application and Santa's social channels: Fanpage, Website, Instagram
✓ No cost involved in sending samples to customers
✓ Santa will prepare carton boxes to contain the samples in the same box, decorate and pack the sample boxes. However, for more convenience, each Partner's samples should be packaged separately to avoid confusion with other samples.
✓ Santa will ship and deliver the sample box to the customer.
✓ Santa will be responsible for designing discount vouchers with samples (if the Partner does not have vouchers available).
✓ Partners are continuously updated on progress and number of customers receiving samples.
3.2. On the obligation to cooperate
✓ Partners participating in SantaSurprise must have a business license. If they are a food business, they must have a food hygiene and safety certificate.
✓ Partners must provide sufficient samples and vouchers as required by Santa. In case Partners do not have vouchers, Santa will support design and printing according to the information provided by Partners.
