With "Remote Rental", the Sender / Shipper will reduce operations on the phone and the Recipient (Locker Renter / Resident) can choose the desired locker location to receive the goods.
? TENANT (RESIDENT)
- Step 1: Access the application, select “Rent” -> “Remote Rent”
- Step 2: Choose a cabinet near you
- Step 3: Enter Sender/ Shipper phone number information
- Step 4: Choose cabinet size and click “Send”
? SHIPPER
*In case SantaPocket App is not available
- Step 1. Open the camera, scan the QR code on the cabinet and select “Use Web Version”
- Step 2. Select “Send goods” and click “I have an order number”
- Step 3. Enter the “Delivery Code” exactly as the received SMS message & click “Send”
- Step 4. Place items in & close drawer
*In case of SantaPocket App
- Step 1: Scan the QR code on the cabinet and select “Send goods”
- Step 2: Select the order code that matches the message sent.
- Step 3: Place the item in the cabinet and close it.
