1. Introduction to SantaEshop

2. How to use SantaEshop
2.1. Purchase
- Step 1: Open SantaPocket app, select Eshop
- Step 2: Select the product you want to buy, click Buy
- Step 3: Scan the QR code on the cabinet, Agree to the terms, select Confirm payment
- Step 4: Open the drawer, take out the goods and close the drawer
- Products after purchase will not be returned, you can rent Santa's cabinet to resell that product.
- To purchase the product, you must be present at the SantaEshop cabinet and scan the code on the cabinet.
2.2. Sales
- Step 1: Open SantaPocket app, Select Eshop
- Step 2: Select Sales, select Become a seller
- Step 3: Enter seller information as required, select Sell Now
- Step 4: Enter product information, scan QR code on cabinet
- Step 5: Select the number of rental days, agree to the terms and click Confirm Rental
- Step 6: Open the drawer, place the items in and close the drawer
Locker rental fee: 10,000 VND (1000 Coins)/Day/Compartment
- Products sold through Santa's cabinet can be new or used.
- Santa will not refund the rental fee if the seller destroys the compartment and removes the items from the cabinet before the rental period.
- The product price (after deducting 5% surcharge) will be added to the seller's wallet when someone buys the product. The seller contacts Santa to withdraw the money to the account.
