Each SantaPocket account is registered with a unique phone number. If there is a package in the locker, you must use the Santapocket account with the phone number that matches the recipient's number to scan the QR code, then the locker containing the package will open! If you want to receive it for someone else, someone else must log in to your Santapocket account, or take your phone to the locker to scan the QR code.
