Just 3 simple steps to get a new utility that you can't miss:
Step 1: Open the SantaPocket app and select the “Self-Rent” feature
Step 2: Enter resident's phone number to send goods to yourself
Step 3: Use the “Authorization” feature to send goods to Shipper
*Note:
– Make sure residents enter the correct phone number of the Shipper/Shipping unit.
– The authorized person must have the SantaPocket app and have successfully registered in advance.
– The locker rental fee is still charged to the Authorized Person (resident).
