Details of the charity gift program for patients in difficult circumstances
After many years of partnering with the Red Cross District 1, Santa has continuously spread humanitarian values through meaningful volunteer programs, targeting disadvantaged communities. From supporting patients with special circumstances at hospitals, to delivering necessities to lonely elderly people or disadvantaged children.
In this journey of donating items, Santa cooperates with the Red Cross District 1 to continue to bring love to lives in need of sharing. These gifts are small but contain great emotions - words of encouragement for sick people and people in difficult circumstances who are struggling every day in hospitals.

Method 1: You already have items and want to donate them at the locker point
Step 1: Download the SantaPocket application
Step 2: Go to a locker near you and deposit items through these steps:
- Select shipping and scan the QR code on the cabinet
- Enter the recipient information as the phone number of the Volunteer of the charity organization, select the cabinet size and click Send
- The drawer opens, place the item in and close the cabinet
Method 2: You don't have the item yet but want to contribute by purchasing through SantaMarket and sending it to charity
- Open the SantaPocket app, select the Market feature
- Choose to buy items that need to be donated
- Enter the address as the direct location/address of the charity organization and the volunteer's phone number
- Payment and order completion
