Can't find the “SantaPocket” app in App Store/ CH Play?

? Method 1: Did you enter the correct name?

If you are typing “Santa Pocket”, remove the space and type “SantaPocket”! The app will appear immediately.

If you have applied Method 1 but still have no results, then move on to Method 2 below!

? Method 2: Have you changed your area code?

Some of SantaPocket's customers are foreigners, living and working in Vietnam; their phones may not have changed their area codes yet, leading to this situation.

• Step 1: Go to App Store, select the account icon in the upper right corner
• Step 2: Select “Country/Region”
• Step 3: Select “Change Country or Region”
• Step 4: Select “Agree”
• Step 5: Select “Vietnam”
• Step 6: Select “None” and enter personal information
