1.1. About Vietnam Red Cross Society
The Vietnam Red Cross Society is a national humanitarian and social organization in Vietnam, playing an important role in providing support and relief to people in need and in emergency situations nationwide.
The Vietnam Red Cross Society was established on November 23, 1946, and President Ho Chi Minh was the founder and first Honorary President of the Society. This organization brings together all social classes, regardless of ethnicity, religion, or gender, to carry out humanitarian work and contribute to the nation's goal of a prosperous people, a strong country, democracy, equality, and civilization.
The Vietnam Red Cross Society operates widely throughout the country and participates in many humanitarian activities. It helps care for and provide material and spiritual support to people in difficulty, victims of war, natural disasters and catastrophes. The Red Cross Society also participates in primary health care for the people and calls for the participation of organizations and individuals in humanitarian activities.

1.3. SantaPocket partners with the Red Cross
In the spirit of mutual love, connecting kind hearts to those in difficult circumstances, Santa cooperated with the Red Cross of District 1 to carry out a social charity campaign with the theme "Love the Old, Love the Young"The target audience of this program is the elderly and children - those who need to be sheltered, protected and loved more than anyone else.
This is one of the first social programs to apply modern technology. It is a pilot program of digital transformation "Smart delivery and receipt solutions in the charity sector" to build communities and social activities. The digital transformation cooperation between the Red Cross and SantaPocket not only helps charity work to be clear and transparent but also makes donations more convenient for both donors and recipients. This will be a pilot program, paving the way for larger-scale programs in the future.
2. How to donate
Through the feature Charity On the SantaPocket app, donors can donate items such as: Diapers, disposable diapers, literature books, knowledge discovery books, life skills books, children's story books to equip libraries... at SantaPocket cabinets. District 1 Red Cross volunteers will collect, assemble and deliver to places in need.

➤ The sender can give love by:
- Go to the nearest SantaPocket location to deposit items into the locker.
- Send directly to SantaPocket at District 1 Red Cross (50 Thach Thi Thanh, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
➤ How to do:
- Step 1: Open the SantaPocket app, select Charity on the home page
- Step 2: On the Charity screen, select the Charity you want to donate to.
- Step 3: Select the charity program "Love the Elderly and Love the Children" and click the "Donate Now" button
- Step 4: Scan the QR code on the SantaPocket cabinet
- Step 5: Fill in order information, choose the appropriate drawer size and click Submit
- Step 6: Open the drawer, put the goods in and close the drawer
