The Charity feature on the SantaPocket application was born to solve the above difficulties. At the same time, to connect generous hearts with vulnerable people in a simpler way. No matter where they are, sponsors can easily do charity with just one touch of the Charity feature.
Charity will be a great assistant to support the Sponsors and Volunteers in donation easily and conveniently.
With a system of 83 lockers spread across Ho Chi Minh City, you can use Charity to donate necessary items to the SantaPocket locker.
After that, the Red Cross District 1 will collect and gather items to donate to facilities in need.

This is one of the first social programs to apply technology to charity work. It is a digital transformation pilot program, “Smart Delivery in the Charity Sector,” aimed at building community and social activity programs.

To spread love to those in need, donors can make donations according to the following information:
➤ Donated items: Diapers, diapers for babies 10kg or diapers for the elderly 45-65kg or story books: literature books, life skills books, children’s stories.
➤ How to contribute:
- Go to the nearest SantaPocket locker location to donate items to the locker

- Come and give directly into the SantaPocket at the Red Cross District 1 (50 Thach Thi Thanh, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1) during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
➤ Instructions for using the Charity feature:
Step 1: Open the SantaPocket application, select the “Charity” feature on the home page
Step 2: On the Charity screen, select the “Donate now” button
Step 3: Scan the QR code of the SantaPocket cabinet you want to send the item to
Step 4: Select information about the charity you want to donate to by clicking the contact icon at the recipient’s phone number line.
Step 5: Fill in the order information, select the appropriate cabinet size and click Submit
Step 6: The cabinet pops out, puts the goods in and closes the cabinet
➤The gifts will be collected by the District 1 Red Cross Society and delivered directly to the beneficiaries: elderly people, and children in difficult circumstances being treated at hospitals in District 1 and school libraries of elementary schools. school, middle school, high school.
