The back-to-school season is approaching! It's time to bring surprises and joy to students. SANTASURPRISE is pleased to introduce the "Back to School - Get Cool Gifts" campaign and invites businesses to collaborate to create an exciting and meaningful back-to-school season.

BRAND PRIVILEGES WHEN PARTICIPATING WITH SANTASURPRISE:

  • Access to over 38,000 customers using SantaPocket lockers in high-end apartments, offices, and coffee shops in HCM and Binh Duong areas.
  • Test a completely different sample/voucher distribution model.
  • Receive feedback on products after users try the sample or purchase the product with the voucher received.
  • Enhance user goodwill because the sample is not just a trial but a carefully given and appreciated gift.

Users can experience products and services by registering to receive gifts through the SantaSurprise feature on the SantaPocket app > Santa will send gifts via the SantaPocket locker chosen by the user during registration > Users provide feedback through a survey to help Santa improve for future campaigns. 

With a base of over 38,000 high-end customers currently using SantaPocket lockers, SantaSurprise helps brands reach the right target customer group, especially those living and working in apartments and office buildings in HCM City. 

Additionally, by participating in SantaSurprise, brands will receive user insight reports after product/service experiences. These insights provide brands with more information to understand user feelings, allowing necessary changes to optimize the experience.
