From November 11, 2023, SantaPocket officially introduces our new payment system and loyalty program for SantaPocket users.
New Payment System (Unit: Xu)
In the new payment system, all transactions within the SantaPocket application will use a unit called “Xu” (“Coin”) for payments. When users top up their SantaPocket accounts with Vietnamese Dong (VND), the money will be converted to “Xu” at a rate of 1:10. For example, 1 Xu is equivalent to 10 VND.
For accounts that hold both Xu and regular balance (in VND), before November 10, 2023, the system will perform a conversion to regular balance (in VND) at a rate of 1:1. For instance, if Account A has 1,500 Xu and a balance of 20,000 VND, the new balance for Account A will be 21,500 VND.
Starting from November 11, 2023, the entire balance will be converted from VNĐ to a single unit Xu, at a conversion rate of 1:10. Specifically, in the case of Account A, 21,500 VND will be equivalent to 2,150 Xu.
Please note that during the conversion from VND to Xu, if the Xu amount has decimal parts, Santa will round the number following this rule:
- If the decimal part is equal to or greater than 0.5, the number will be rounded up.
- If the decimal part is less than 0.5, the number will be rounded down.
With this new payment unit, we have exciting features to enhance our customer experience, which will be unveiled in the near future.
Loyalty Program (Unit: Santa Cone)
Just like many other e-commerce platforms, SantaPocket is introducing a loyalty program created for our frequent users. This program allows you to accumulate points, referred to as “Santa Cone” which can be redeemed for gifts or other discount offers.
The point system for loyal customers works as follows:
- For each completed delivery order with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will receive 01 Santa Cone.
- For each completed locker rental with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will receive 01 Santa Cone.
This loyalty program has been crafted to provide special benefits for our loyal SantaPocket users. For more details, we will keep you updated in the near future.
