I scanned the QR code but the app shows that there are currently no orders in the locker, while the shipper reports that the deliveries has been sent and there is a notification from Zalo, what’s wrong?

Please check whether it has multiple locker blocks with different locker QR codes at your delivery area. Make sure you have scanned the correct locker that has the order inside.
