I did not receive notifications about new deliveries

– If you use more than 01 phone number, please check the phone number used to receive the deliveries.
– Make sure the Sender has created a delivery order at SantaPocket and entered your correct delivery phone number.
– Check SantaPocket’s notification message on Zalo or SMS of the receiving phone number
– Make sure the phone you are using allows receiving notifications from SMS/ Zalo/ SantaPocket applications.
