You can re-open the pocket within 30 minutes from the first time you open the pocket.
To re-open the pocket, please:

➜ Access the SantaPocket application
➜ Go to Deliveries
➜ Select the delivery you want to re-open
➜ Click the button to open the pocket
NOTE: The pocket can only be re-opened when it has not been used by any customer.

If the reopening time is expired or you cannot re-open the pocket, please contact the SantaPocket Hotline 0974 549 066 for support!
