LAND SURVEY:
Go survey the location (convenient location for shippers to stop delivering, the signal beam is strong enough to operate the cabinet because the cabinet is connected to the phone thanks to 3G-4G)

POSITION & CONTRACT REVIEW:
Send cabinet layout to partner for approval & attach contract (draft)

CONTRACTING:
The two sides agreed to cooperate and proceed with the signing

DEPLOYMENT:
Install and instruct the Management/Security Board on how to use the cabinet. Arrange a consulting team to stand at the cabinet to advise residents and shippers, and give gifts.
