The Vietnam Red Cross Society is a national humanitarian and social organization in Vietnam, playing an important role in providing support and relief to people in need and in emergency situations nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vietnam Red Cross Society was established on November 23, 1946, and President Ho Chi Minh was the founder and first Honorary President of the Society.
