New payment system <font color=\"red\">(Unit: Coin)<\/font><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All transactions in the SantaPocket application use Xu units for payment. Accordingly, when users register for a SantaPocket account, when they deposit money into their account, VND will be converted to Xu at a ratio of 1:10, equivalent to 1 Xu = 10 VND.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For accounts that own both <strong>Coin <\/strong>and<strong> Balance, <\/strong>Before November 11, 2023, the system will convert to the balance (in Dong) at a ratio of 1:1. For example: Account A currently has 1,500 Xu and a balance of 20,000 VND. The new balance of Account A will be: 1,500 VND + 20,000 VND = 21,500 VND<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 11\/11\/2023 all balances will be converted from Dong to <strong><font color=\"red\"> 1 single unit is Xu<\/font><\/strong> at a conversion rate of 1:10. Specifically, in the case of Account A: 21,500 VND corresponds to 2,150 Xu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: During the conversion process from VND to Xu, if the Xu number has a decimal part, Santa will round it according to the rule:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If the decimal part is equal to or greater than 0.5, the number is rounded up.&nbsp;<\/li><li>If the decimal part is less than 0.5, the number is rounded down.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this new payment unit, many special features to enhance customer experience are expected to be revealed in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Accumulate loyalty points <font color=\"red\">(<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Unit<\/span>: Pine Cone)<\/font><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Similar to other e-commerce platforms, SantaPocket deploys and applies a loyalty points accumulation system for customers who frequently use services on the SantaPocket application. These points can be used to exchange for gifts or receive other discount offers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The unit of calculation for Loyalty Points is <strong><font color=\"red\">Pine cone<\/font><\/strong> and will be calculated as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Completed applications lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes will receive 01 Pinecone.<\/li><li>Completed locker rental orders lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes will receive 01 Pinecone.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The point accumulation policy is designed to bring special incentives to SantaPocket&#039;s loyal users.
