By using the locker rental service (Service) performed on the SantaPocket mobile application (Application), the Customer confirms that he\/she has read, understood, acknowledged, accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use each time he\/she uses the service.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>This Terms constitute an agreement between the Buyer and Santa Joint Stock Company, a company established and operating under the laws of Vietnam and having Business Registration Number: 0318029353 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment on: September 7, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSantaPocket\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>SantaPocket reserves the right to adjust, replace, modify and supplement these Terms of Use at any time for legal reasons, or to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the Application or within the scope that SantaPocket considers reasonable. Adjustments, replacements, modifications and \/ or supplements to the Terms of Use for Buyers will take effect immediately upon being updated on the SantaPocket application. Buyers are responsible for regularly updating the Terms of Use, if Buyers continue to use the Service after the effective date, Buyers are deemed to have agreed to the modifications in the Terms of Use.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service provider information<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>SANTA JOINT STOCK COMPANY<br \/>\ud83c\udfaf Address: 161 Truong Van Bang, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City<br \/>\u260e Hotline 0974 549 066<br \/>\ud83d\udce7 Email: info.santapocket@santapocket.com<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buyer and account information:<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>By setting up an account on the Application, the Buyer has established a contractual relationship with Santa and implicitly agrees to the commitments, conditions and terms of these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer commits to being 18 years of age or older, having full civil capacity as prescribed by law. In case the Buyer is under 18 years of age, the Buyer&#039;s direct guardian knows and agrees and participates in the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer commits to comply with account registration by providing a phone number and receiving an OTP code sent to register an account. The provided account is used to use the features on the Application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer is legally responsible for all information that he\/she declares on the SantaPocket Application. If the Buyer provides information of any third party to Santa, Santa understands that the Buyer has taken the necessary actions to obtain the consent of that third party to do so. This provision does not limit the right to verify the information provided by the Buyer by Santa.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SantaPocket shall be exempted from all liability for complaints, lawsuits, and compensation related to the Buyer&#039;s incorrect declaration of information and or the Buyer&#039;s unauthorized use of information of other third parties. In case the Buyer violates or SantaPocket finds that the Buyer has signs of violating any commitments or obligations in the Terms of Use, SantaPocket has the right to immediately terminate the Buyer&#039;s Account without having to seek the opinion or consent of the Buyer or any other third party. At the same time, SantaPocket has the right to decide whether or not to allow the Buyer to register a new Account after violating the above regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Santa reserves the right to manage any user&#039;s account without any obligation to refund or compensate any user who violates any of the terms and conditions of the rules\/regulations published on the SantaPocket Application.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Information<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SantaPocket is a 4.0 smart locker using IoT technology that allows users to rent lockers to deliver goods. To use, users are required to install the SantaPocket application, connect the user&#039;s device to the locker via the QR code integrated on the locker.<\/li>\n<li>The SantaPocket app is an application installed on smartphones, synchronized with the SantaPocket locker, allowing users to utilize the locker&#039;s features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading {\"textAlign\":\"left\",\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">I. ABOUT SANTAPOCKET CABINET<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Information on general trading conditions at SantaPocket Cabinet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1. Service standards, service provision procedures, payment systems, loyalty points accumulation policies and other terms related to service provision, including conditions and restrictions, if any.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3.1. Conditions for participation in transactions for Buyers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer undertakes that it is the Owner or the Owner&#039;s Legal Representative of the Goods, and has the authority to enter into and accept these Terms and Conditions of Transfer as representative and on behalf of the Owner of the Goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyers need to register an account by providing a phone number and receiving an OTP code sent to register an account. After completing the information, SantaPocket will provide the Buyer with a personal account so that the Buyer can access and manage his\/her transaction process (Account).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyers are legally responsible for all information they declare to create accounts on the SantaPocket Application. In all cases, SantaPocket has the right to verify the information provided by Buyers. SantaPocket will not resolve Buyer complaints in case Buyers declare incorrect information required by SantaPocket when registering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3.4. Regulations on goods and use of services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For SantaPocket service lockers: Depending on the size of the sender&#039;s goods, the Buyer chooses the appropriate locker size for his goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SantaPocket allows users to send items that are food (to distinguish \u201cfood orders\u201d, senders must select \u201cfood classification\u201d when creating a locker order).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For food items, SantaPocket only holds them for a maximum of 24 hours. Santa will combine notifications via the app and\/or direct calls to remind customers to pick up their items continuously every 3\/6\/12\/24 hours. After 24 hours, if the recipient cannot be contacted or the food order has not been received, Santa will take the order out of the cabinet to ensure hygiene for the next user (This provision only applies to fresh\/instant food items that need to be used within the day. For dry foods with a long shelf life, Santa staff will return the items according to the information on the package to the cabinet for you).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there is any incident related to the loss of the user&#039;s package, after checking the camera, SantaPocket will report the result to the person requesting the inspection within 72 hours at the latest. If the loss of the package is due to SantaPocket, the company will be responsible for the package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Note: SantaPocket is only responsible for packages with a value of less than 2 million VND and the loss of the package can be verified as originating from SantaPocket.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SantaPocket is not responsible for the contents of each package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regulations on prohibited goods to send\/transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>By accepting these Shipping Terms and Conditions, the Buyer understands that it will not ship or store in SantaPocket lockers the following goods:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} --><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Military weapons, technical equipment, military and police vehicles and equipment; Fees may be changed from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer accepts the terms of SantaPocket&#039;s payment system:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All transactions that incur fees between Santa and the Buyer in the SantaPocket app will use Coins for payment (except for the case of using free turns when receiving goods).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyers own Coins in one of the following ways: Buyers buy Coins through the methods suggested in the Application: momo wallet, Payoo, VNPay, bank transfer. The price of 1 Coin is 10 VND. During the conversion process from VND to Coins, if the number of Coins is a decimal number, SantaPocket will round it according to the rule: If the decimal part is equal to or greater than 0.5, the Coin is rounded up. If the decimal part is less than 0.5, the Coin is rounded down.; Buyers are given coins by Santa according to the programs announced by Santa at each time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purchased Coins cannot be converted back into VND, even if the account is terminated. SantaPocket&#039;s Responsibilities and Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 Buyer information security<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The Buyer&#039;s personal information on the SantaPocket Application is committed to absolute confidentiality according to SantaPocket&#039;s personal information protection policy. We guarantee to only use the Buyer&#039;s information with the Buyer&#039;s consent, except in cases where the law provides otherwise. SantaPocket commits not to use, transfer, provide or disclose to a third party the Buyer&#039;s personal information without the Buyer&#039;s consent. At the same time, SantaPocket is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to the Buyer&#039;s rights if it is determined that the personal information provided by the Buyer is initially inaccurate.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 Responsibility to notify<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In case the server storing information is hacked into the database, SantaPocket will be responsible for reporting the incident to the authorities for timely investigation and notification to the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4.2. Responsibilities and obligations of the Buyer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the conditions for participating in transactions for Buyers stated in the above section, Buyers must ensure the following obligations:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 Responsibility and liability for information used on the SantaPocket application<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall provide complete and accurate personal information as required by SantaPocket upon registration and throughout the use of SantaPocket&#039;s Services via the Application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer agrees to allow SantaPocket to use his\/her personal data (including phone number) and transfer this data to SantaPocket server for the purpose of providing the service. At the same time, the Buyer also allows SantaPocket to freely prepare, collect, store and update personal data within the scope and time requirements during the process of SantaPocket providing the Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall be solely responsible for the use of his\/her Account on the SantaPocket Application and shall not delegate, assign or transfer his\/her Account in any manner to any third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer shall not use an Account other than his own to request service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall take all reasonable steps to accurately fill in the name, address, contact telephone number of the sender and recipient as well as the order information in the appropriate fields. Ensure that the description and details of the Goods are true, complete, and accurate on any and all media. For any reason leading to doubts about the accuracy of the Description of the Goods, SantaPocket reserves the right to open the Goods and inspect them to confirm the Description of the Goods. For the avoidance of doubt, SantaPocket shall not be obliged to inspect the Goods under any circumstances. Before delivery is commenced, the Buyer shall inform the consignee of any specific precautions that should be taken when handing over the Goods based on the nature of the Goods. SantaPocket shall be exempted from liability for damages arising from incorrect operations performed on the Application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 About goods sent to SantaPocket lockers<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall be legally responsible for all goods for which he\/she requests SantaPocket to perform services and shall be obliged to provide full invoices and legal documents when requested by SantaPocket or competent authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer undertakes not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose and will not request the transportation or storage of any goods prohibited by law as stated in Section 3 of the Buyer Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer will not use the Service or Application to cause inconvenience or inconvenience to the recipient or SantaPocket&#039;s business operations; not intentionally defame, slander, or fabricate things that damage the honor and reputation of SantaPocket.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall not, together with any third party, in any way engage in any conduct that may damage the Application or the quality of SantaPocket&#039;s Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall be fully responsible and liable for any loss, enforcement by competent authorities of the Goods or damages suffered by the sender or any third party as a consequence of the violation of these Terms and Conditions of participation for the Buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event that the Buyer violates the terms or SantaPocket detects signs of breach of the terms, SantaPocket reserves the right to immediately close the Buyer&#039;s Account without seeking the Buyer&#039;s opinion or consent or that of any third party. Simultaneously, SantaPocket has the right to decide whether or not to allow the Buyer to register a new Account after violating the above regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event that the Buyer uses SantaPocket&#039;s Services and causes damage to SantaPocket, other SantaPocket Buyers or any other third party, the Buyer shall be liable for compensation corresponding to the damage caused in accordance with the provisions of current law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 Responsibility and payment obligations<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Buyer shall pay the Fees in accordance with the Fee Schedule and SantaPocket agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comply with payment methods, make payments according to agreed procedures and regulations of law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 Responsibility to notify<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case the Buyer loses his\/her phone or changes the phone number registered for the Account, the Buyer is obliged to notify SantaPocket via hotline 0974 549 066 or email info.santapocket@santapocket.com so that SantaPocket can change or temporarily block related transactions to help the Buyer manage the process of using his\/her Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SantaPocket will not be responsible or resolve complaints in case the Buyer fails to notify SantaPocket, resulting in a third party using the Buyer&#039;s Account to make a request to use the locker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
